C&U

The Community and Urbanisation (C&U) Services are the services related to communal areas of QEV. 

C&U services include:

• Maintenance and heating of communal pools

• Gardening of communal areas

• Cleaning of communal areas

• Site security including CCTV

• Fiber optic internet network

• Utilities for communal areas

• Pumping of household/drinking water to properties

• Pest control

• Insurance related to communal areas

• Exterior painting (masonry)

• Management of the above

On 1 August 2014 the Owners Association took over delivery of Community and Urbanisation (C&U) services to QEV.  These services are managed on a day-to-day basis by Enaltecer Sonhos LDA represented by its Director Ian Hodges (“Estate Manager”).  

The Association’s agreed C&U budget is apportioned to properties based on their size, their rights to use communal swimming pools and, for gardening costs only, on their location within the urbanisation.  The Association invoices all owners of property at QEV and pursues any owner who fails to pay promptly and in full.
