The Owners Association is run by owners, for owners.

It was established in 2009 to represent the interests of owners in matters which affect the majority of owners.

The work of the Association is effected through a number of Boards and Committees – click on Boards and Committees for further information on their function, structure and membership.

When matters are put to a vote, each property has 12 votes, with each quarter fraction having three votes and each twelfth fraction having one vote.
